Recognizing her ability to depict and thus create joy, local and national brands have commissioned Becky Fos for their most colorful projects. In 2022, Becky was commissioned by Louisiana Secretary of State Kyle Ardoin to paint the official artwork for the upcoming November election. Becky is now the 3rd artist ever (and 1st female!) selected to have their art showcased on Louisiana’s “I VOTED” sticker. Becky has also been commissioned twice by Dr Pepper to paint the subject of national advertising campaigns – first for the 2020 College Football National Championship, and most recently for the 2022 Allstate Louisiana Kickoff between FSU & LSU. Crescent City Classic, Lululemon Athletica, Blue Cross, evamor Water, Entergy and more have all sought out Becky's talent in bringing their products to life via color on her canvas.
Fos’ art has brought color to the unprecedented and often dark events of 2020, and her celebrity continues to grow. A recent cover story by Inside New Orleans Magazine featured her artwork honoring the pandemic’s frontline heroes, most notably the striking image of the Statue of Liberty wearing a mask. Fos has garnered significant praise and acclaim, and was recently named “Best Local Artist” for the 4th year in a row & 2nd place for “Best Art Gallery” for Gallery B.Fos by Where Y'At Magazine in 2022!!
With each passing year, Fos’ work becomes more appreciated by discerning collectors, museums, and individuals alike. Her work is distinguishable, interesting, reflective of Louisiana’s colorful culture, and uniquely its own. Much like her artwork, the future for Becky Fos is bright.
I have had the priveledge to be a store brand ambassador for Lululemon Athletica. As part of our partnership I have created murals in both the Lakeside Mall and Canal Place locations.
Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Louisiana
Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Louisiana came to me with a desire to create a custom painting representative of the state of Louisiana. Through my art, we celebrated the Louisiana wildlife that inhabits the nearby swamps and bayous.
