Figuratively Speaking

This collection has truly been a labor of love. After years of working almost exclusively with oil paints and a palette knife, I challenged myself to step outside my comfort zone. For this series, I traded my oils for acrylics and picked up a paintbrush, embracing a completely different creative process.

Inspired by familiar idioms and turns of phrase, Figuratively Speaking transforms everyday expressions into colorful, whimsical works of art.
