Capitol Kaleidoscope
Capitol Kaleidoscope is Becky Fos’s vibrant tribute to the stained glass dome of the Louisiana Old State Capitol. Inspired by a powerful moment of awe during her visit for the unveiling of her “I VOTED” sticker artwork, Becky reimagined the historic rotunda ceiling in her signature impasto style.
With radiant reds, warm oranges, and brilliant pops of blue, this piece captures the kaleidoscopic energy of the original 1880s design by architect William A. Freret. A celebration of light, history, and color, Capitol Kaleidoscope transforms a moment of inspiration into a bold, unforgettable expression of Louisiana pride.
